Meet Deborah Simi Eibner

President & Founder, Symmetry Coaching and Consulting

Deborah S. Eibner, MA, CCBC, JCTC, is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Job and Career Transition Coach and Certified Job and Career Development Coach, and President and Founder of Symmetry Coaching and Consulting. As an international coach and trainer, Deborah brings over twenty years of real world leadership and human resources experience to the people she works with.  

Deborah has worked with companies of all sizes, including: Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Constellation Brands, Constellation Europe, Barton Inc., Nobilo Wine Group, Ltd., General Electric, Proctor and Gamble, Fluent, Geographic Data Technologies, King Arthur Flour, Stave Puzzles, Lake Sunapee Savings Bank, and Claremont Savings Bank,

As the Senior Trainer and Career Development Specialist for Dartmouth College, Deborah developed and delivered leadership development programs and established career development coaching services. She created and delivered more than thirty workshops on communications, personal leadership, and various supervisory skills for the campus.  Deborah is also a 360 Feedback Coach for the Tuck Executive Education Program at Dartmouth College.

Deborah has developed and used assessments and surveys as well as training programs on a variety of topics and is noted for her ability to coach, train, motivate, and attain practical bottom line results.  She is experienced in executive and career coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, and team building. She has also facilitated focus groups, management retreats, and team meetings.

Deborah has presented for numerous organizations such as: The National Parks and Recreation Conference, NH Technical and Vocational Colleges Annual Conference, NH Dietary Aids Society Annual meeting, Women’s Health Resources Center Annual Conference, Rockefeller Leadership Fellows Program, and the HR/Staff Partners Conference.
