I can help you set up a program to work with the relocating spouse or partner.   As program developer and manager for the Dartmouth College, Dual Career Network, I have the ability to provide your relocating spouse or partner the same high level of service that Dartmouth provides the spouses and partners of their newly hired employees, thereby supporting your recruiting and retention efforts.

Spouse/partners will no longer have to work out employment details by themselves. You will be providing them with support to facilitate a smooth and successful transition for the entire family.

II. Corporate Outplacement Services:

I specialize in providing one-on-one or group outplacement services customized and designed to meet your organizational needs.  Services feature one-on-one time with a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach.

Whether you are involved in a layoff or downsizing of 1 or 100 employees, I can provide your company with the means to handle the transition effectively and affordably.

I offer various outplacement packages to meet your needs. My tiered level of services provide from 2 months to 1 year of ongoing support.
